Steve Price, Ed.D, Proposal Designer, provides administrative support for ERC's proposal development and evaluation commitments. Backed by a highly qualified team of writers, researchers and technology specialists, he insures that ERC proposals and reports meet the high quality standards that get clients funded. As Administrator for Resource Development in Clovis (CA) Unified School District, Steve initiated and led the district's competitive grants program for ten years. Public school credentials held include secondary teaching, counseling, psychology, and administration. As adjunct faculty, Steve has taught graduate courses in educational research and evaluation at California State University, Fresno. He has developed proposals and evaluated state and federally funded educational programs for more than 20 years in a variety of K-12 and higher education initiatives to improve education. He holds a doctorate in Educational Psychology, with advanced preparation in research methodology.
Stephen Price, Evaluation Designer, develops and implements program evaluations, including experimental and quasi-experimental designs. He is experienced in statistical analysis; evaluation program management; survey construction; facilitation of focus groups; communication/ interpretation of evaluation results; and collaboration with site and district personnel. Stephen's evaluation experience includes professional development, school improvement, after school, mentoring, family literacy, youth fitness, violence prevention, and college access programs. He began his career with ERC in 1999 and is a graduate of University of California - Davis with honors in psychology, holds a master of science degree in research psychology, and master of divinity degree from Golden Gate Seminary in Mill Valley, CA.
Noel Price, Instructional and Systems Designer, organizes and coordinates proposal development to ensure efficiency in the planning process. He specializes in surveys, interviews, classroom observations, and focus groups. Noel is a graduate of Stanford University, in public policy, with a master of arts in sociology. He brings instructional and curricular expertise from fourteen years of teaching (advanced placement government, science, and English learner classes) to inform grant proposal development and evaluation.
John Escalera, Software and Database Designer, programs data collection and reporting processes that save clients time and effort in program reporting to meet accountability requirements in categorical and externally funded programs. He provides programming, online solutions and technical assistance for ERC clients, including cyber security. His experience spans K-12, university and industrial settings. John is a graduate of California State University, Fresno with a bachelor's degree and graduate study in computer science.
Paul Seow, Technology and Curriculum Designer, makes STEM proposals highly competitive by detailing science/mathematics curriculum and technology integration components. Paul develops assessments for use in evaluations, designs program Web sites, analyzes data using statistical software systems and implements on line surveys. He is a California State University, Fresno graduate in mathematics, and is available as a trainer in use and integration of technology in the classroom.
Kathy Stanton, Publications Designer, coordinates proposal publication and submission. Kathy takes care of the technical aspects of proposal development and puts the finishing touch on publications to make sure they meet the highest quality standards and represent our clients well. She ensures that final drafts, signature pages, and attachments meet specifications in requests for proposals and reporting requirements, and applies her skills in layout, design and data display. Her experience puts clients' minds at ease in grant uploading to federal sources. Kathy has extensive grant experience, having facilitated grant submissions in both K-12 and University grant and research offices.
Other Consultants: ERC expertise and capacity is enhanced through use of highly qualified university and school district personnel who serve as program consultants in areas specific to their education and experience. Each follows ERC's experience-based methodology for proposal development, bringing their unique areas of expertise to proposals.
